*Not to be rented by anyone from October 1st to April 1st, unless agreed upon by Building Committee and General Membership and Commissioners.
--Lounge only- (no use of Kitchen or gym)-
Free to Members if not otherwise being used. Must check with building committee first.

Members- $50.00
Non-Members- (April 2nd- Sept. 30th) $200.00

--Non-Profit Organizations- $10.00/hour
--Profit Organizations- $17.50/hour
--Training School- $100.00/day 8 AM- 5 PM
*entitles them to 1 Bay and 1 Room with approval of Building Committee, General Membership and Commissioners
--Room Rental Downstairs- to be presented to Building Committee on a room-by-room basis.
--Auxiliary Room- MUST be cleared first with Auxiliary, then Building Comm. Chairperson.
Non-Profit Organizations- $10.00/hour *Auxiliary has right to waive fee
Profit Organizations- $17.50/hour *Auxiliary has right to waive fee
--Chairs & Tables- to be loaned to MEMBERS ONLY at no charge.
* All tables and chairs must be signed out with Building chairperson first.
*Designated Tables MUST remain in their proper rooms, not to leave building.
***Building clean-up fee of $50.00 will be a seperate check. Returnable if building is in clean, useable condition after use, with no damage.
***All rentals will require at least 1/2 of total Rental Fee at the time of reserving the building or rooms.
***All Members to contact Building Committee Chairman or check calendar before using building for functions other than fire department use.
